Rudy advises a range of clients, from artists and their estates to auction houses, galleries, museums and private collectors. His practice focuses on the non-contentious side of art law, advising clients on issues including the sale and consignment of artworks, museum loans, the import and export of artworks and intellectual property (e.g. copyright, design rights and moral rights). Recently, Rudy has advised on some of the largest art financing transactions in recent times, acting for both financiers and borrowers. In addition to advising clients in relation to art, Rudy acts for a number of clients whose interests lie in the field of classic cars, wine, jewelry and other luxury assets.
