Explore the ways in which advances in artificial intelligence have (and will continue) to impact the way art is created and consumed.

"Artificial intelligence (AI) augments the capabilities of the human workforce. The people who can harness the power of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing, are the ones who can help your organization deliver more relevant, personalized, and innovative products and services” — LinkedIn's Top 10 Hard Skills most demanded by employers in 2020.

Covid-19 has required businesses to change how they engage, respond and communicate with their audiences. The way we touch, buy and consume has changed dramatically, including the use of new technologies, new ways of working and most importantly, the ways we interact and consume. It has never been more important to maintain dynamic and receptive relationships with customers.

Join Fabian Wong Chief Creative Officer at Capita Consulting, and leading AI specialists, to look into how Artificial Intelligence can be used for your specific art business to adapt to the new modes of consumption. The intensive 2-day program will cover how we consume in the context of a more Phygital (physical x digital) world, and the fusion of multi-sensory AI, human-centered experience design, data, cyber, and ethical experiences within the end-to-end art ecosystem which are essential to remaining relevant to current and future audiences.

This Intensive Course consists of live-streamed lectures and discussions. Recordings of the live sessions are accessible anytime during the course via our online learning platform, Canvas.

Students will learn:

  • To understand the different elements and practical usage of sensory AI that is relevant to the Art world
  • To understand the key areas of experience where audiences will pay for more premium sensory design
  • To gain practical knowledge on how to design end-to-end orchestrated user journeys that embeds sensory AI are vital touch points
