Meet  Dr Bernard Vere, Program Director and Senior Lecturer in Modern Art, and get an up-close experience of our Master’s program in Fine and Decorative Art and Design as taught in our London campus. This session will include a lecture by Dr Vere on modern art followed by a study visit to Tate Britain. Get a taste of first-hand observation necessary to develop skills to establish (and distinguish between) materials and techniques, modes of production and style of a range of works. Immerse yourself in the wider historical, social, economic and cultural factors which influenced the production of the art works you will see during the visit.
