Join us for a "virtual" art objects handling session in Shanghai. This event will be conducted by Ann-Marie Richard, Program Director of our Master's program in Fine and Decorative Art & Design (New York). Ann-Marie holds a Master's from Parsons The New School for Design / Smithsonian Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum. Prior to working at the Institute she was Executive Vice-President at the art advisory firm Gurr Johns. She has lectured extensively on the topics of connoisseurship, collecting, conservation, provenance, emerging markets at institutions such as the American Association of Museums, The Metropolitan Museum of Art and Pratt Institute. Exhibitions she has curated have been favorably reviewed in national and international publications including Art in America, ArtNews, and The New York Times. She is co-author with Tom McNulty of "The Valuation of Fine Art and Design: A Handbook for Professionals" to be published Fall 2019.
In this presentation you will hear about the Institute’s range of study programs delivered across its three campuses (London, New York and Los Angeles) including Master’s degrees, Semester/Study Abroad Courses, Summer Study and online. The presentation will discuss our graduates' career pathways and give attendees the opportunity to hear from our alumni currently based Shanghai.
Information sessions have limited space so prior booking is absolutely essential. Seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
