The fee for students wishing to enter the Master’s Degrees or Postgraduate Diplomas programmes is given
by semester below.
Fees include tuition, seminars, one-to-one tutorials, IT support. The fee does not include living expenses which vary according to your
circumstances and lifestyle.

Semester 1: SGD 25,600 (inclusive GST)
Semester 2: SGD 25,600 (inclusive GST)
Semester 3: SGD 8,900 (inclusive GST)
Travel: SGD 7,400 (inclusive GST)
Total: SGD 67,500 (inclusive GST)
Total programme payment schedule:
Deposit: SGD 1,500 (Due on acceptance)
Payment 1: SGD 35,625 (Due on enrolment)
Payment 2: SGD 30,375 (Due 1 Dec 2009)

Postgraduate Diplomas
Semester 1: SGD 25,600 (inclusive GST)

MA in Art Business 2-Year Programme*
Year 1:
Deposit: SGD 1,500 (Due on acceptance)
Tuition Fee: SGD 28,600 (Due on enrolment)
Year 2:
Payment 2: SGD 30,000 (Due before Semester starts)
Total: SGD 60,100
Additional costs for optional study trips: SGD 7,400
All fees are inclusive of GST.
*Study trips are optional and costs are additional to the total fees.
Other Costs:
All students are required to provide their own laptop computers for the duration of the programme. The cost of books will vary for student to student, but a budget of between SGD 750-1000 for the programme should be sufficient. Lodging and food costs will vary for individual students so please refer to the accommodation section for more details.

3. Application Fee (non-refundable)
• Sotheby’s Institute of Art – London: S$230 (£75)
• Sotheby’s Institute of Art – New York: S$150 (US$100)
• Sotheby’s Institute of Art – Singapore: S$0
4. Replacement of Transcript: S$100 per transcript
5. Replacement of Certificate: S$200 per certificate
6. Replacement of Student Card: S$50 per replacement
7. Replacement of Payment Voucher / Invoice / Receipt: S$20 per replacement
8. Handling Fee for Student Pass Renewal: S$100 per renewal
9. Late Payment of Course Fee: S$30 + S$150 per week or part thereof
10. Bank Charges (inclusive handling commission, telex and commission in lieu of exchange. If local students opt for escrow then charges will be raised, currently S$30/transaction. International student escrow fees will be included in the tuition fee: Min S$20 and max S$200 per transaction
11. Postage and International Courier Services: Max S$100 per transaction

Are there any scholarships available?
A variety of scholarships are available to Masters Degrees participants, the number and nature tend to vary from year to year. To view the scholarships, please go to our Scholarships page. These scholarships are subject to confirmation for 2009 programme entry. Full details of these scholarships will be given to candidates who are offered a place on one of our MA Programmes.
