American Art—Paintings, Sculpture and Antiques

This course is presented by Sotheby's Institute of Art faculty along with the curators, collectors, specialists and dealers who provide access to New York’s premiere museums and galleries.

Lectures are followed by visits—including behind the scenes tours—as students are engaged in critical study, examination, and connoisseurship of American art from colonial times to the modern era in all of its various media.
