Sotheby's Institute of Art-Los Angeles invites students to a brown bag lunch with alumni Gerlie Collado and Camille Schenkkan to learn about their work at the Music Center and Center Theatre Group, two of the performing arts organizations on Grand Ave.
Gerlie Collado (Arts Mgmt, 2014) is the Community Engagement Program Director at the Music Center, The Performing Arts Center of Los Angeles County, and serves the City of Los Angeles as a commissioner of El Pueblo de Los Angeles Historical Monument.
Camille Schenkkan (Arts Mgmt, 2010) is the Program Director for Next Generation Initiatives at Center Theatre Group, and the Managing Director at the new-works development company Circle X Theatre Co.
This event is the first in a new bi-weekly brown bag lunch series, Career Conversations. The goal of this series is to facilitate conversation and networking by bringing local arts organizations, SIA-LA alumni, and other art professionals together with students in an informal environment.
Open only to Sotheby’s Institute students, faculty, alumni, and staff.
