Applications for Semester Programmes need to be sent prior to the start date of a particular programme. Entry Requirements For entry onto a postgraduate study programme (Master’s Degrees and Postgraduate Diplomas/Graduate Certificates) you will need a bachelor's degree with a major or minor in Art History. Exceptions to the undergraduate art history requirement can be made, based upon an applicant's experience in the visual arts or the relevance of other areas of study. If you would like to discuss your qualifications, please feel free to contact with the Institute’s Registrar in London by e-mail at v.hill-perkins@sothebysinstitute.com or phone at +44 (0)20 7462 3201, before submitting an application. InterviewsAll full-time applicants for postgraduate programmes and semester courses will be invited to schedule an interview with a member of the Institute's staff after receipt of all required application materials. Interviews will be scheduled by the Admissions Manager (please see below). You will be contacted at the appropriate time to make such arrangements. The interviewer will assess the candidate's aptitude for the programme, level of English skill and commitment to study. Interviews are held in London throughout the year and can also be conducted by telephone. The Institute's Admissions Manager will contact you to arrange your interview.
