Financial Assistance and Scholarships
Postgraduate students finance their education through a combination of financial assistance, scholarship and loans. Sotheby's Institute of Art offers a range of financial assistance through both needs-based (financial assistance) and merit-based (Scholarship) awards across all postgraduate-level programmes. All candidates may apply for financial assistance on a rolling basis. Scholarship awards are highly competitive and have a deadline for submission. Funds for scholarship and financial assistance are offered to those who have already received an offer of a place on one of the MA programmes that will be taught at Sotheby's Institute of Art during the 2012-13 academic year.
Financial Assistance
After you have received an offer from the Institute you may submit a request to be considered for financial assistance. These funds are intended to provide some assistance to students in paying their fees to attend our postgraduate courses but we do not fully fund student’s studies.
Once you have downloaded and submitted the Financial Assistance form you should receive an answer within two weeks of your application.
